Project Management

 

We have both ITIL and PMI qualified Service and Project Management staff with extensive
experience of data and telecoms multi-site installations and rollouts. We have led teams in many
types of solutions including nationwide EPOS, VOIP and WiFi rollouts; telecoms rationalisation
programmes, energy monitoring systems, private accommodation lines, alarm line installations,
hardware/software upgrades, scale migration of company lines and many others. These have
involved all elements of a project including development, testing, communication, implementation,
training and on-going support. We are happy to work directly with you or your third parties to
coordinate all aspects of the IT project.
