Simon Butterworth: Director

Simon started his career in Retail Management, honing his customer service and retail skills within a large retail company in the food and wines sector. His experience of working within a large licensed hospitality company, rolling out EPOS and telecoms systems into pubs, restaurants and hotels built his knowledge of surveys, site preparation, hot stage, installation and training management and staff both on and off site. He worked in hospitality IT, heading numerous cost saving and technology roll outs.

Simon then moved to an industry leading Tech Company where he became IMACS Service manager, Network and telecoms service manager and finally Data Centre service manager – this involved managing a revenue stream of circa £20m per annum.Now co-owner of Panama Communications his knowledge and experience of IT within the Hospitality sector enables him to understand clients’ needs and deliver what his clients demand – timely, cost effective, quality services and products.
