Helen Hedley: Project Manager

Helen has over 20 years’ experience working for global technology companies.  A PMI qualified Project Manager, she has spent the last 14 years leading UK, European and worldwide IT Projects within hospitality, retail, financial services and manufacturing sectors.  The projects have encompassed a wide range of technologies and project types including Networks, Datacentre and Rollouts.  Helen’s project management style ensures she works closely with customers, stakeholders and project teams to ensure that all team members understand the business objectives, success criteria and impact for end users of the projects.  Helen is an effective communicator who recognises the importance of regular, detailed progress updates to the customer whilst she ensures continued risk, issue and change management throughout the project.  Her tenacity and attention to detail ensures that projects deliver on time and to budget.
